Let me start by saying A's, as a whole, provides excellent service, and Mike, in particular, is the best. Now, let me explain why I ended up needing towing services. I park my car at the Franconia garage and commute to DC for work. Recently, I returned to my car one evening, and it wouldn't start. Before this, my car was experiencing issues with starting. I changed the battery, but it still persisted. So I thought it had finally given its last. I called my husband to pick me up, and the next day, I called A's to arrange a tow truck to take my car to the shop. Mike was assigned to tow my vehicle. He called me to get the details and told me his ETA, and we arranged to meet at a specific location at the Franconia metro. Everything is going well. Mike gets into the garage, walks up to my car, looks inside, then turns to me and says, "Your car is in drive." I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me up. I was so embarrassed. But Mike was incredibly kind about it all. He said he was sorry to charge me the fee, but I said, "Don't be! This way, I will learn my lesson!"
